Instructions:
  1. Gather all the ingredients and measure them out for convenience.
  2. In a food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, and minced garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice to the herb mixture. Blend again until everything is well combined.
  4. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor is running. Continue blending until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  5. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Blend a little more if needed.
  6. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl or an airtight container for storage. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.
